Shipping

 

All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times apply as follows:

 

 

*For deliveries to the Canary Islands duties and taxes apply. These costs must be carried by the recipient.

 

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over 100€.

 

Please note, that BYO Swimwear is not responsible for any parcels and/or items that may get lost or damaged during delivery.

 

Shipping costs, duties & taxes are non-refundable.


 

Returns

 

Please choose your bikini carefully to ensure that unnecessary return/exchange shipments are avoided.

 

However, should you need to make a return, please register it first via email at hola@byoswimwear.com indicating “Return + your order number” in the subject line. Please also include the reason for your return. We will then inform you about the next steps.

 

Returns can be made within 14 days after the receipt of your order.

 

All returned items must be in their original condition, unaltered, and the hygiene liner must be attached. Please try on the bottom with underwear on until you have decided to keep the bikini.

 

Should these requirements not be met, BYO Swimwear reserves the right to reject the return.

 

Return shipping costs as well as duties and taxes run at customer’s expense. In case of a faulty item, we will carry the costs for the return shipment.

 

If the item you received shows a defect or an imperfection, please send us an email within 48 after the receipt of the parcel along with a picture of the damaged area.

 

Once we have received the return, it will be inspected and the refund will be processed to the same payment method. If the return does not pass the quality control, you will be contacted by email.

 

Please note, that refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed by your credit card institute.


 

Exchange

 

In case of a wrong size, please return your item(s) and place a new order for the correct size(s).
